Our Services include all phases of product design: Conceptual Design Mechanical and Aesthetic Design Materials and Processes Alternatives FEA Analysis Vendor Selection Parts Consolidation Project Management and Documentation Instruction and Parts Manuals Product components and assemblies are designed as 3D models using Solidworks (2005). These models allow Rapid Prototyping (SLA), FEA analysis (Cosmos 6.0) and accurate, tooling documentation, as well as images for exploded view assemblies that can be used for parts and assembly manuals and quality control documents. Other CAD based programs include AutoCAD (14), Adobe Pagemaker (7.0), Photoshop (6.0), Illustrator (10.0), FrameMaker (5.5) and Acrobat (7.0).
